How do I place an order?

A link to our order forms can be found on the order form page. Download this form, select your items and then email the form to msbdadelivery@tess.bm

 

How do I pay?

Once we receive your order, we will be in contact to take payment details.

 

Will you make substitutions for out of stock items?

We will only make substitutions for out of stock items that you have approved. We will discuss any suggested substitutions when we call for payment. 

Is everything available on the order form?

We have put our most popular lines on our order form, however if you do not see what you are looking for, please just add this to the form and we can let you know if it is available.

Is curbside collection available?

Yes we offer curbside collection Monday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm. We will confirm collection window at time of payment.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for spends of $100 and over. Orders below $100 will incur a $10 flat rate delivery fee.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to have orders delivered the next day, if placed by 3pm. During busy periods, this may not always be possible. We will confirm delivery day at time of payment.

 

Will the delivery driver call?

Our delivery driver will contact you shortly before delivering.

How do I join the M&S Wine Club?

Email us at msbermuda@tess.bm or submit the membership form. We will then be in contact to finalise membership and payment details. Alternatively call us on 441-295-0031.

Can I change the wine combination in my Wine Club membership?

If you have a preferred choice in the colour of the wines you receive each month, please let us know at the start of your membership and we will be sure to accommodate your request

When will my membership wine be delivered?

We will deliver your monthly membership wine on the last Friday of each month to your assigned address. 

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime. Please notify us by email: mswineclub@tess.bm
